Thanksgiving Flow + Restorative: Extended Class and Contemplation

Cultivating appreciation and gratitude helps the heart produce rhythms that enhance communication between the heart and brain. This enhanced communication has been shown to produce benefits that include increased immunity and hormonal balance. Plus, acknowledging the great full-ness of life feels good to both the acknowledger and the acknowledged. Join Kat for a practice designed to cultivate and offer gratitude. We will enjoy a 15 minute contemplation followed by a 75 minute hip and heart opening flow and 30 minute restorative sequence.
